Photo, video and audio consent form

I agree that Heal may use photographs, film or audio - and reproductions or adaptations thereof - for all general purposes in relation to the work of Heal Rewilding including, without limitation, the right to use them in any publicity materials (including online), newspapers, magazine articles, television and radio whenever Heal Rewilding or their affiliated project partners chooses to do so. These photograph(s) / video / audio will not be used for any third-party commercial purposes.

How we use your personal data:

The personal data you give us in this release form will be held securely and will not be used for any other purpose; we will never use it for marketing communications that you haven’t agreed to receive.

How we protect your personal data and how long will we keep it?

Images are stored on a secure server until we no longer require them when they and the personal data you provide in this consent form will be securely destroyed.

If you no longer want your image to be used:

At any time you can change your mind about whether to consent to images / videos / audio of yourself being used by us, please email heal@healrewilding.org.uk or contact us on 01749 684757. The media and the personal data in this release form will be securely destroyed. Withdrawal will apply to future use only, it may not be possible to remove materials already published or distributed.
