Heal is looking for an experienced person to join our team as a Business Development Manager - Corporate Relationships. The post-holder will develop and shape our fundraising work with corporate supporters. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a growing, ambitious start-up organisation delivering ground-breaking charitable projects for nature. This is a permanent, home-based role that can be full-time or part-time.

Main roles and responsibilities
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating income from private sector organisations. They will:
Develop and shape our fundraising, working with our senior management team
Research, secure and develop high-value partnerships, corporate memberships and corporate donations
Manage our existing business partnerships and develop them accordingly

Is this the role for you?
We're looking for someone with exceptional skills and experience in business development and/or fundraising, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding fundraising or sales targets and successfully developing and managing corporate partnerships.
You do not need to have experience in, or have deep knowledge of, nature to be an excellent candidate for this role. All that we ask is you share our enthusiasm for wildlife, are broadly familiar with rewilding, are passionate about tackling climate change and are willing to learn.
We are a friendly, flexible organisation and will do everything we can to accommodate the right candidate. That's why we offering this role as full-time or part-time, with core hours from 10 am - 4 pm and the role is home-based with occasional travel (travel expenses paid).
Name-blind application process

When we contact shortlisted candidates to arrange a telephone interview, we will see the names and email addresses for the first time
Once the interviews have been confirmed, we will contact the remaining applicants to update them about the status of their application
